摘要
高质量儿童早期保教与早期教育者的能力紧密相关。自2015年“改变8岁以下儿童的劳动力:一个统一的基础”报告发布以来,美国联邦及各州都致力于早期教育者能力体系的构建。美国联邦及各州的早期教育者能力体系略有不同,但是它们都包括背景、构建过程、主要内容及使用建议。
High-quality early childhood care and education is closely related to the key competencies of early childhood educators. Since the report "Changing the Labor Force of Children under 8: A Unified Foundation" published in 2015, the United States Federation and States have been committed to constructing the key competencies system for early childhood educators. The system of key competencies for early childhood educators in the U.S. federal and states are slightly different, but they all include these followings: background, procedures, content and recommendations for using.
