摘要
对某电厂密封风机及出口风道振动较为严重的现象进行原因分析,并提出在密封风机出口沿风道内设置隔板、在90°急转弯处采用弧形支撑板来支撑两个平行流道壁面、加设再循环旁路风道三种解决方案。最终采用加设再循环旁路风道的措施,经改造后风机及风道振动明显减小。
The causes of the severe vibration of the seal fan and the outlet air duct of a coal-fired power plant were analyzed.Three solutions were proposed as:a baffle arranged along the outlet air duct of the seal fan,a curved support plate used to support the two parallel flow paths at the 90°sharp turn and recirculating bypass.Finally,the recirculating bypass scheme were adopted,and the vibration of the seal fan as well as the air duct was significantly reduced after the retrofit.This work should be valuable for vibration analyses and processing of other fans.
