摘要
目的调查与分析上海市妇女诊疗服务质量现状,为提高我国妇女诊疗服务质量水平提供依据和参考。方法以妇女诊疗服务质量的提高为切入点,结合以患者为中心(PCC)的诊疗模式,运用利物浦医生诊疗乳务评价量表(LCSAS)量表,对上海市第一妇幼保健院妇科、产科、乳腺科患者进行匿名问卷调查。结果女性患者对医生诊疗服务的评分不高;在"注重女性隐私,检查过程中温和有礼"、"非语言表达体现尊重女性"、"让患者完整叙述病情"3个因素中得分最低;缺乏系统详尽的妇女诊疗服务流程规划和规范。结论当前妇女诊疗服务质量还有很大的提升空间;关注女性患者的生理与心理特殊性,建立以患者为核心的服务观念,提高患者就诊满意度;规划制定满足女性诊疗服务期望的品质管理流程,创建完整的妇女就诊服务管理机制。
Objective To investigate the status of health services of females in Shanghai. Provide references and empirical support for improving health services’ quality of females in China. Methods Based on the objective of improving the quality of females health services,combining the PCC diagnosis and treatment mode,this study conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey with the Chinese version of the Liverpool Communication Skills Assessment Scale( LCSAS) on gynecology,obstetrics and galactophore patients,in a 3 A class hospital of Shanghai. Results The scores of female health services are relatively low;The lowest scores were " Focus on women’s privacy,be gentle and courteous in the examination process", " show respects for women in nonverbal expressions" and " let the patient completely describe the illness". Conclusion It is necessary to improve the quality of females’ health services. Focusing on the physiological and psychological characteristics of female patients,establish the patient-centered service,and improve the patient’s satisfaction;To meet the expectation of female patients,formulate the quality management process and create a complete management mechanism for females’ health services.
