铁路计量发展方向的思考

Reflection on Development Direction of Railway Metrology

铁路已基本建立起与运输管理及其技术保障体系相适应的铁路计量管理和技术体系,在铁路生产运输中发挥着基础支撑作用;随着当今科学技术快速进步,铁路运输装备和设施相关技术水平不断提高.对计量的需求也与时俱进。针对铁路计量的专业性、实用性、系统性等特点和铁路改革发展对计量保证的需求,应思考铁路计量新技术和管理发展方向及其相关的重点管理工作内容,以充分发挥计量在铁路运输发展中的基础保障作用。

At present,a railway metrology management and technology system has been basically established to adapt to transport management and its technical support system,which plays a basic supporting role in railway production and transportation.With the rapid progress of today's science and technology,technical levels of railway transport equipment and facilities have been increasingly improved,with the metrology demands also keeping pace with the times.With a view to the specialty,practicability,systematicness and other characteristics of railway metrology,as well as the metrological assurance demand of railway reform and development,new technologies,management development direction and relevant key management contents shall be considered,in order to give full play to the basic guarantee role of metrology in developing railway transport.
