摘要
为控制钢轨几何形状质量,研究探讨钢轨扭曲度测量尺的技术要求,以及其量值溯源相关问题。分别从测量范围、外形尺寸、定位面与活动测头的测量面形状、结构稳定性、计量特性等5个方面,论述钢轨扭曲度测量尺的主要技术要求。分别从外形尺寸、重复性、漂移、示值变动量、示值误差等方面,阐述钢轨扭曲度测量尺的量值溯源方法,以便计量人员在开展量值溯源时正确理解和掌握相关要求。
To control the geometric shape quality of rail,the article studies and discusses about issues relating to the technical requirements for rail twist gauge,as well as its value traceability.It specifies the main technical requirements for rail twist gauge,in view of such 5 aspects as measuring range,overall dimension,measuring plane shape of locating face and movable probe,structural stability and metrological characteristics.Based on such 5 aspects as overall dimension,repeatability,drift,indicating value variation and indicating value error,etc.,the article specifies the value traceability method for rail twist gauge,which is convenivent for the verification personnel to make an in-depth understanding of relevant requirements in case of rail twist gauge value traceability,to correctly understand and grasp the relevant requirements during value traceability.
