摘要
为提升钢轨润滑减磨的有效性,实现钢轨无油润滑减磨的目的,依据表面工程原理,采用天然微纳米粉体功能材料与无油基材,利用物相转变的涂敷工艺,研究钢轨无油润滑减磨新技术。通过实际应用发现,无油润滑减磨新技术较传统润滑材料减磨效率大幅提升,涂层保持周期延长,涂覆作业简便,降低了轮轨磨耗速率,减缓了疲劳伤损发展,延长了钢轨使用寿命。
To improve the effectiveness of rail lubrication and antifriction,and realize oil-free rail lubrication and antifriction,based on the principle of surface engineering,functional materials adopting natural micro-nano powder and oil-free base materials are used to develop a new oil-free rail lubrication and antifriction technology based on a phase transformation specific application process.It is shown through practical applications that,such a new oilfree rail lubrication and antifriction technology greatly improves the antifriction efficiency as compared to the conventional lubrication materials.It is longer in coating retention cycle and simple in application,lowers the wheel track wear rate,relieves the fatigue damage development and extends the rail life.
