摘要
以新兖下行线K202+680-K203+180曲线钢轨波磨病害整治为例,通过现场病害调查、打磨方案设计和钢轨打磨作业解决波磨病害,对曲线钢轨波磨病害整治前后进行对比分析。结果表明钢轨廓型打磨能够消除曲线波磨,晃车问题得以解决。打磨后,钢轨高低、轨向、水平、三角坑、横向和垂向加速度等轨检指标均有明显改善,超限次数以及扣分明显降低,表面病害及廓型得到改善。钢轨打磨能提高列车运行品质,延长钢轨使用寿命,维修工作量也显著下降。
Taking the improvement of K202+680-K203+180 curve rail corrugation defection of the downgoing Xinxiang-Yanzhou Railway for an example,rail corrugation defect is solved by field defect investigation,grinding scheme design and rail corrugation.A comparative analysis is made before and after curve rail corrugation defect improvement.According to the result,rail profile grinding can eliminate curve rail corrugation and rocking.Upon grinding,rail inspection indexes such as rail height,rail orientation,level,twist warp,horizontal and vertical acceleration,etc.have been improved obviously.Times of overruns and point deduction are remarkably lowered,with surface defects and profiles greatly improved.Rail grinding can improve the train operation quality,extend the rail life and remarkably lower maintenance.
