便携式呼吸机在院前急救中的应用价值、效果评价

Application Value and Effect Evaluation of Portable Ventilator in Pre-hospital Emergency

目的评价便携式呼吸机在院前急救中的应用价值及效果。方法回顾分析2017年1月-2018年12月该院院外接诊的实施院前急救的148例患者的临床资料,根据院前急救应用辅助呼吸设备的不同将患者分为便携式呼吸机组和人工气囊组,比较两组患者的转运成功率、入院时的生命体征状况、院内救治成功率。结果便携式呼吸机组患者的转运成功率为97.89%,高于人工气囊组患者的90.57%(χ^2=4.055;P<0.05),入院时收缩压为(106.24±5.33)mmHg,舒张压为(59.26±4.11)mmHg,心率为(79.38±4.58)次/min,血氧饱和度为(91.98±4.23)%,高于人工气囊组患者的(101.76±5.48)mmHg、(55.91±4.20)mmHg、(70.02±5.33)次/min、(85.45±4.90)%(t=4.684;t=4.552;t=10.867;t=8.224;P<0.05),呼吸为(19.11±2.52)次/min,低于人工气囊组患者的(24.63±2.49)次/min(t=12.375;P<0.05),院内救治成功率为77.42%,高于人工气囊组患者的60.42%(χ^2=5.504;P<0.05)。结论便携式呼吸机在院前急救中的应用,能够改善患者院前急救效果和入院时的生命体征,为患者后续抢救创造良好条件,有利于改善患者整体预后状况。

Objective To evaluate the application value and effect of portable ventilator in pre-hospital emergency.Methods The clinical data of 148 patients who underwent pre-hospital emergency treatment from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were reviewed.The patients were divided into portable breathing units and artificial airbags according to the different pre-hospital emergency application and auxiliary breathing equipment group,the success rate of transfusion,the vital signs at admission,and the success rate of hospital treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The successful delivery rate of patients with portable breathing apparatus was 97.89%,which was higher than that of the artificial balloon group 90.57%(χ^2=4.055;P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure was (106.24±5.33)mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure was (59.26±4.11)mmHg,heart rate (79.38±4.58)times/min,blood oxygen saturation(91.98±4.23)%,higher than (101.76±5.48)mmHg,(55.91±4.20)mmHg,(70.02±5.33)times/min,(85.45±4.90)%(t=4.684;t=4.552;t=10.867;t=8.224;P<0.05),and the breath was (19.11±2.52)times/min,lower than In the artificial balloon group (24.63±2.49)times/min (t=12.375;P<0.05),the success rate of in-hospital treatment was 77.42%,which was higher than that of the artificial balloon group 60.42%(χ^2=5.504;P<0.05).Conclusion The application of portable ventilator in pre-hospital emergency can improve the pre-hospital emergency effect and vital signs at the time of admission,and create favorable conditions for patients to follow-up rescue,which is conducive to improving the overall prognosis of patients.
