脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的分布规律及中医治疗分析

Distribution of Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Type Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Analysis of TCM Treatment

目的脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的分布规律及中医治疗分析。方法方便选取该院门诊部2017年5月-2018年10月收治的96例脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,对该疾病的分布规律进行分析。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行中医治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、患者生活质量和症状改善时间。结果脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的分布规律呈现年龄特异性、合并症特异性。观察组治疗有效率为95.83%(46/48),生活质量得分(72.2±3.7)分,症状改善时间(7.4±2.2)d,对照组治疗有效率为77.08%(37/48),生活质量得分(86.5±4.4)分,症状改善时间(5.2±1.5)d。上述差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎与年龄和患者身体状况相关,采用中医治疗,可以提升治疗有效率,也能改善患者生活质量,但起效时间较长。

Objective Analysis of the distribution of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach dampness and heat and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness and heat in the outpatient department from May 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled.The distribution of the disease was analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,48 cases each.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received TCM treatment.The treatment efficiency,life quality and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results The distribution pattern of spleen-stomach damp-heat type chronic atrophic gastritis showed age-specific and comorbidity specificity.The effective rate of observation group was 95.83%(46/48),quality of life score (72.2±3.7)points,symptom improvement time (7.4±2.2) d,control group effective rate was 77.08%(37/48),quality of life score (86.5±4.4)points,symptom improvement time (5.2±1.5) d.The above differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The spleen-stomach damp-heat type chronic atrophic gastritis is related to the age and physical condition of the patient.The treatment with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the efficiency of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients,but the onset time is longer.
