中药膏方针刺并用治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Paste Policy and Treatment of Simple Obesity

目的比较中药膏方针刺并用与单纯体针治疗超重及单纯性肥胖症的疗效差异。方法将选自2011年2月-2018年11月该院中医科门诊收治的超重及单纯性肥胖症患者260例随机分为针药组(130例)和体针组(130例)。针药组采用定开膏滋药与体针结合,体针取脐周八穴即天枢、滑肉门、外陵、下脘、石门;梁丘、血海、合谷、太冲、三阴交。体针组只采用体针法,两组均隔日一次,一周3次,10次为1个疗程。结果两组体质量、BMI及腰围、腹围、臀围治疗前后比较针药组t=15.165,14.226,19.326,23.424,20.397;体针组t=12.224,12.388,7.982,10.353,11.954,各组内治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),表明两组方法治疗肥胖均有显著性疗效。针药组总有效率为95.38%,体针组总有效率为80.77%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.866,P<0.01)。结论针药并用治疗超重及单纯性肥胖症疗效优于单纯体针。

Objective To compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and simple body acupuncture in the treatment of overweight and simple obesity.Methods A total of 260 patients with overweight and simple obesity admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to November 2018 were convenient divided into acupuncture group (130 cases) and body acupuncture group (130 cases).The acupuncture group was combined with the body-opening ointment and the body acupuncture.The body acupuncture took the eight points of the umbilical cord,namely Tianshu,Huaroumen,Wailing,Xiawan,Shimen;Liangqiu,Xuehai,Hegu,Taichong and Sanyinjiao.The body acupuncture group only used the body acupuncture method,and the two groups were given treatment once every other day,3 times a week,10 times for a course of treatment.Results The body weight,BMI and waist circumference,abdominal circumference and hip circumference were compared before and after treatment.The acupuncture group t=15.165,14.226,19.326,23.424,20.397,respectively;the body acupuncture group t=12.224,12.388,7.982,10.353,11.954,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.01),indicating that both groups have significant curative effect on obesity.The total effective rate was 95.38% in the acupuncture group and 80.77% in the body acupuncture group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2=11.866,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine for treating overweight and simple obesity is superior to simple body acupuncture.
