磁共振T2WI与DWI联合成像在前列腺癌诊断中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Combined Magnetic Resonance Imaging of T2WI and DWI in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

目的分析磁共振T2WI与DWI联合成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法方便收集该院2016年1月-2018年6月间共77例前列腺疾病患者,入院后完成MRI检查及穿刺活检,与病理进行对照,分析T2WI与DWI联合成像对前列腺疾病的诊断价值。结果 T2WI、DWI联合成像对前列腺疾病总体诊断准确率87.0%,对前列腺癌的诊断准确率87.8%。结论采用T2WI与DWI联合成像可提高前列腺疾病诊断准确率,DWI、T2WI可实现优势互补,提高诊断敏感度、稳定性及空间分辨率。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance T2WI and DWI combined imaging for prostate cancer.Methods A total of 77 patients with prostate disease from January 2016 to June 2018 were convenient enrolled in our hospital.MRI and biopsy were performed after admission.The results were compared with pathology.The diagnostic value of T2WI and DWI combined imaging for prostate disease was analyzed.Results The overall diagnostic accuracy of T2WI and DWI combined imaging for prostate disease was 87.0%,and the diagnostic accuracy for prostate cancer was 87.8%.Conclusion The combined imaging of T2WI and DWI can improve the accuracy of prostate disease diagnosis.DWI and T2WI can complement each other and improve the diagnostic sensitivity,stability and spatial resolution.
