摘要
近年来,我国自行车的市场持续扩大,人们对自行车的要求也越来越高。该设计针对自行车减震问题,设计了一种基于单筒液压的减震器,并通过计算仿真,确定了矩形弹簧、液压油、活塞及气囊等的信号方案,实现了自行车减震的效果,提高了骑行的舒适性。
In recent years, the bicycle market in our country has been expanding continuously, and people's demand for bicycles has become higher and higher. Aiming at the problem of bicycle shock absorption, a shock absorber based on single cylinder hydraulic pressure is designed. Through calculation and simulation, the signal schemes of rectangular spring, hydraulic oil, piston and air bag are determined, which achieves the effect of bicycle shock absorption and improves ride comfort.
