基于Workbench的拉力试验机加载轴承座组件结构设计与优化

摘要 以某拉力轴承试验机设计为依托,开展了加载轴承座组件的结构设计与优化。根据整机的设计要求,完成了加载轴承座组件的结构设计与建模。采用有限元分析软件Workbench对加载轴承座组件进行了应力和应变分析,并根据分析结果对加载轴承座组件进行了结构优化,为其结构设计提供了科学的参考依据。 The study on the structure design and optimization of the load bearing component has been carried out, which was based on a certain tension bearing testing machine design. The structural design and modeling of the load bearing components have been carried out, which were based on the requirements of the machine design. The stress and strain analysis of the load bearing components have been carried out by the finite element analysis software Workbench. And the structure optimization of the load bearing component was carried out according to the analysis results, which provides scientific reference for the structure design.
