摘要
针对某型发动机试车后球轴承一颗钢球出现周向宽约(2~3)mm环状划痕且在环状划痕两侧对应分布一圆形划痕区域现象,开展了计量检测及分析,结果表明该钢球划痕现象是由于在某一特定工况条件下油膜失效产生的刚性接触。该轴承继续使用完成过补充试验,节约了试验资源,该分析方法对后续该类型轴承故检具有借鉴作用。
After an endurance test of an engine, circular scratch of (2~3)mm in the circumferential direction were found in a ball of the bearing, and a circular area was distributed on both sides. With measurement test and analysis, result showed that the scratching phenomenon of the steel ball was the rigid contact of the failure oil film under a certain working condition. The bearing continued to be used to complete the supplementary test for saving resources.Analysis method of this paper has a reference for the subsequent inspection of the type of bearing.
