High Step-up Low-voltage Stress Boost Converter Based on Coupled Inductor

摘要 随着能源危机的不断严重,可再生能源越来越受到关注。鉴于可再生能源发电装置自身输出电压过低的缺陷,文章提出一种新型高增益Boost变换器。所提结构通过耦合电感及两个升压单元来实现输出电压的高增益。该变换器能有效吸收漏感能量,降低开关管电压应力和电压尖峰,从而可选取低导通电阻的开关器件,提升变换器效率和可靠性,并且该变换器通过利用漏感的能量可有效地抑制输出二极管的反向恢复问题。详细介绍变换器的工作原理和工作方式,分析变换器的稳态特性,并搭建100W的实验样机进行验证,验证的结果证明了所提结构的可行性,还通过仿真和实验给出不同负载下变换器的效率。 With the serious energy crisis, renewable energy attracts more and more attentions. Because of the low output voltage of the renewable energy generating device, this paper proposed a novel high step-up Boost converter. The proposed structure consists of a coupled-inductor and two voltage-lift units which are used to achieve high step-up output voltage.This converter can absorb the leakage inductance energy;reduce the voltage stress and voltage spike on the main power switch. Therefore, a power switch with the low resistant can be selected to improve the converter efficiency and reliability.Also, the converter can restrain the output diode’s reverse recovery problem by using the leakage inductance energy.Moreover, the operating principle and method of the converter were introduced in detail. Finally the steady-state characteristics of the converter were analyzed, and the 100 W experimental prototype was built to verify the converter. The efficiency of the converter with different loads has been given by simulation and experiment.
