摘要
对氟碳树脂和氨基甲酸甲酯的酯交换反应进行了研究,合成了带有氨基甲酸酯链段的氟碳树脂,为下步制备非异氰酸酯氟碳涂料奠定基础。产物利用核磁共振氢谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱进行表征。结果表明,氟碳树脂中的羟基已经和氨基甲酸甲酯中的氨酯键发生了反应,生成了接枝在氟碳侧链的氨基甲酸酯链段的氟碳树脂。并对实验条件进行单因素考察得到在最佳反应条件:反应物氟碳树脂和氨基甲酸甲酯质量比64∶1,催化剂氢氧化钠用量6%(质量分数),反应温度170℃,反应时间4h,接枝率可以达到44.8%。
The transesterification reaction of fluorocarbon resin and aldehydes was studied and the fluorocarbon resin was synthesized.The products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the hydroxyl groups in the fluorocarbon resin reacted with the ammonia ester bonds in the amino acid esters,which proved a fluorocarbon resin which was grafted on the fluorocarbon side chains.And the optimum reaction conditions of the mass ratio fluorocarbon resin and aldehydes 64 ∶1,the catalyst amount 6%,the reaction temperature 170 ℃ and the reaction time 4 h,the grafted yield was 44.8%.
