益母草颗粒联合氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical study on Yimucao Granules combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察益母草颗粒联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月-2019年3月在武汉康健妇婴医院收治的96例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将所有患者随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(48例)。对照组患者口服枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,自月经周期的第5天开始,50 mg/次,1次/d,连续用药5 d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上冲服益母草颗粒,1袋/次,2次/d。所有患者均治疗3个月。观察两组患者的治愈率、排卵率、妊娠率,同时比较两组的血清性激素、血糖参数和相关因子水平。结果治疗后,对照组治愈率、排卵率、妊娠率分别为77.08%、66.67%和20.83%,治疗组分别为91.67%、85.42%和39.58%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者促卵泡激素(FSH)水平显著升高,黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组性激素水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血糖参数水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清抑制素B(INHB)、类胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、内脂素(visfatin)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组相关因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益母草颗粒联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征可以显著提高治愈率,改善血清炎性因子以及相关因子水平,且不良反应小,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yimucao Granules combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Patients(96 cases) with polycystic ovary syndrome in Wuhan Kangjian Maternal and Infant Hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control(48 cases) and treatment(48 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clomifene Citrate Capsules from the fifth day of menstrual cycle for 5 d, 50 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yimucao Granules on the basis of control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the rate of cure, ovulation, and pregnancy were evaluated, and the serum sex hormone, blood glucose parameters, and the related factor levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the cure rate, ovulation rate, and pregnancy rate were 77.08%, 66.67%, and 20.83% in the control group, and 91.67%, 85.42%, and 39.58% in the treatment group, respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of LH and T in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). After treatment, the sex hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, FPG, FINS, and HOMA-IR levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose parameters in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of INHB, IGF-1, visfatin, and FFA in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). After treatment, the related factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Yimucao Granules combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can significantly increase the cure rate, and improve the levele of serum inflammatory factors and related factors, with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
