乳腺癌术后康复者上肢淋巴水肿患病体验的质性研究

Experience of breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation patients with upper limb lymphedema: a qualitative research

目的总结并描述乳腺癌术后康复者上肢淋巴水肿的患病体验,为医护人员制定有效的护理干预措施提供依据。方法采用质性描述性研究设计,对11例淋巴水肿患者进行个体化深度访谈,运用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果通过对11例乳腺癌术后康复者的访谈资料进行内容分析,共得出4类体验,包括:淋巴水肿自我管理经验不足、淋巴水肿自我管理方式存在差异、复杂的情绪体验、日常生活受影响。结论本研究总结并描述了乳腺癌术后康复者上肢淋巴水肿的患病体验,有助于增进医护人员对淋巴水肿患者这一特殊人群真实体验的了解,并为医护人员提供有针对性的干预措施提供了信息。

Objective To summarize and describe the experience of breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation patients with upper limb lymphedema so as to provide a basis for medical staff to formulate effective nursing intervention. Methods Qualitative descriptive study was used to carry out individual in-depth interview in lymphedema patients, and content analysis method was used to data analysis. Results Among 11 breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation patients, 4 categories of experience were refined by content analysis for interview data including lack of experience and different ways of lymphedema self-management, complex emotional experience as well as daily life affected. Conclusions This study summarizes and describes the experience of breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation patients with upper limb lymphedema which helps medical staff to understand the real experience of lymphedema patients and provides information for medical staff to provide targeted intervention.
