心理一致感保护性和危险性预测因素研究进展

Protective and risk predictors of sense of coherence

心理一致感是积极心理学研究领域的热点之一,其作为一种保护性因素对个体身心健康产生的积极结果已被广大学者所认可。本文试图从个体内部和外部两大因素,分别对心理一致感的保护性和危险性预测因素进行综述,以期在挖掘和利用个体内外部保护性因素结合减少或规避内外部危险性因素的基础上制定干预措施,为经历负性事件的个体心理一致感发展和提高其心理社会适应能力提供参考。

Sense of coherence is one of the hot spots in the field of positive psychology research. Sense of coherence, as a protective factor which has positive influences on individual physical and mental health has been recognized by many scholars. This paper reviewed the protective and risk predictors of sense of coherence from two factors including the internal and external factors so as to formulate the intervention based on the discovery and use of the internal and external protective factors to reduce or avoid the internal and external risk factors, and to provide a reference for developing the sense of coherence and improving social adaptive ability among individuals undergoing negative events.
