中药沐足改善糖尿病周围神经病变的护理研究

Nursing care of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy improved by traditional Chinese medicine foot bathing

目的分析中药沐足配合护理干预用于糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者中对其病情的改善效果。方法回顾性分析2015年10月至2017年10月该院收治的100例DPN患者的临床资料,将接受温水足浴及常规护理患者视作对照组,将接受中药沐足及综合护理患者视作观察组,每组50例。比较两组患者DPN干预效果及神经传导速度改善情况。结果观察组患者干预后总有效率[94%(47/50)]明显高于对照组[72%(36/50)],差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.3204,P=0.0120);腓总神经、腓肠神经传导速度[分别为(45.32±2.61)、(44.72±3.38)m/s]均明显高于对照组[分别为(40.48±3.22)、(41.17±2.74)m/s],差异均有统计学意义(t=6.3284、5.1279,P=0.0000、0.0000)。结论利用中药沐足配合护理干预能更明显地改善DPN患者的临床症状,提升神经传导速度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of foot bathing combined with nursing intervention in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from October 2015 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients who received warm water foot bath and routine nursing were regarded as the control group.50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for foot bathing and comprehensive nursing care.The effect of intervention and the improvement of nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of intervention was 94% in the observation group and dry in the control group.The total effective rate of prognosis was 72%(χ 2=6.320 4, P =0.012 0),the conduction velocities of the common peroneal nerve and sural nerve were(45.32 ±2.61)m/s and (44.72±3.38)m/s,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(40.48±3.22)m/s]. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can be improved more obviously and the nerve transmission can be improved by using traditional Chinese medicine foot bathing and nursing intervention.The velocity of conduction is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
