彩色超声引导腹腔穿刺器穿刺置管引流在严重腹腔感染治疗中的应用研究

Application of color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage in severe intra abdominal infection treatment

目的探讨彩色超声引导腹腔穿刺器穿刺置管引流治疗严重腹腔感染的临床效果和应用价值。方法选取2013年6月至2017年12月在该院重症监护病房(ICU)住院治疗的严重腹腔感染并发腹腔脓肿患者35例,分析术前术后的体温、WBC、PCT变化,判断彩色超声引导腹腔穿刺器穿刺置管引流的临床效果。结果本组35例患者在超声引导下利用腹腔穿刺器穿刺置管过程顺利,35例患者穿刺置管引流后第1、3、7天体温、WBC、PCT下降明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色超声引导腹腔穿刺器穿刺置管引流在严重腹腔感染时操作简单、创伤小、引流效果好,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of color ultrasound-guided abdominal trocar puncture and catheter drainage in the treatment of severe abdominal infection. Methods A total of 35 patients suffered severe abdominal infection complicated by abdominal abscess who were hospitalized in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2013 to December 2017 were selected.The preoperative and postoperative temperature,WBC,and PCT were analyzed to judge the clinical effects of color ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture and catheter drainage. Results In this study,the processes of 35 patients underwent ultrasound-guided abdominal trocar puncture and catheter drainage were successful,the body temperature dropped significantly on the first,the third and the seventh postoperative day,and there were statistical significances.The WBC and PCT decreased significantly and there were significant differences also. Conclusion Color ultrasound-guided abdominal trocar puncture and catheter drainage has advantages of simple operation,less trauma,and good drainage effect in severe abdominal infection,and has high clinical application value.
