广元市率先在全国提出发展生食蔬菜,推动蔬菜产业供给侧改革,超前引领全国现代蔬菜消费新需求。本文总结了生食蔬菜的起源与我国生食文化兴起、广元生食蔬菜产业发展现状,对广元生食蔬菜产业发展进行了深入的思考。

Guangyuan city takes the lead in proposing the development of raw vegetable industry, promoting the supply-side reform of the vegetable industry and leading the new demands for modern vegetable consumption in China. This paper deeply considered the development of raw vegetable industry in Guangyuan, and summarizes the origin of raw vegetables, the rise of raw food culture in China, and the development status of raw vegetables industry in Guangyuan.
