针刺人迎穴配合压灸百会穴治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture at Renying (ST9) plus Pressing Moxibustion at Baihui (GV20) for Cervical Vertigo

目的观察针刺人迎穴配合压灸百会穴治疗颈性眩晕的效果及其对颈部血流速度的影响。方法将150例颈性眩晕患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组50例。A组采用单纯针刺人迎穴治疗,B组采用单纯压灸百会穴治疗,C组采用针刺人迎穴配合压灸百会穴治疗。比较3组患者的临床疗效,并观察各组治疗前后双侧椎动脉的平均血流流速(Vm)、收缩期血流流速(Vs)及颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分的变化情况。结果A组总有效率为76.0%,B组为80.0%,C组为92.0%,C组总有效率与B组和A组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后Vm、Vs水平及症状与功能评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组治疗后Vm、Vs水平及症状与功能评分与A组和B组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺人迎穴配合压灸百会穴治疗颈性眩晕疗效明显,可以有效加快颈部血流速度,改善颈部血液循环,从而缓解患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Renying(ST9)plus pressing moxibustion at Baihui(GV20)in treating cervical vertigo and its effect on cervical blood flow velocity.Method A total of 150 patients with cervical vertigo were randomized into group A,group B and group C,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was intervened by acupuncture at Renying(ST9)alone;group B was treated with pressing moxibustion at Baihui(GV20);group C received acupuncture at Renying(ST9)plus pressing moxibustion at Baihui(GV20).The clinical efficacies of the three groups were compared,and the post-treatment changes in the bilateral vertebral arterial mean blood flow velocity(Vm),systolic velocity(Vs)and cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale were observed.Result The total effective rate was 76.0%in group A,80.0%in group B and 92.0%in group C,and the rate in group C was significantly different from that in group A and group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Vm and Vs and the symptoms and functional score all changed significantly in the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Vm and Vs and the symptoms and functional score in group C were significantly different from those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Renying(ST9)plus pressing moxibustion at Baihui(GV20)can produce marked efficacy for cervical vertigo.It can effectively accelerate cervical blood flow and improve cervical blood circulation,thereby relieving the symptoms.
