温针灸配合益肾化瘀方治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Warm Needling Moxibustion plus Kidney-reinforcing and Stasis-resolving Prescription for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的观察三阴交穴温针灸配合益肾化瘀方对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者排尿功能、性激素水平及前列腺体积变化的影响。方法将74例BPH患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予益肾化瘀方治疗,治疗组给予三阴交穴温针灸配合益肾化瘀方治疗。观察两组治疗前后排尿功能、性激素水平及前列腺体积变化及不良反应情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组为70.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后排尿功能各项指标(Qmax、Qave及PVR)、各项性激素水平(T、E2、E2/T)及前列腺体积与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后排尿功能各项指标、各项性激素水平及前列腺体积与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三阴交穴温针灸配合益肾化瘀方治疗BPH可显著提高临床疗效,改善排尿功能,恢复性激素水平平衡,促进前列腺体积缩小。

Objective To investigate the effect of point Sanyinjiao(SP6)warm needling moxibustion plus kidneyreinforcing and stasis-resolving prescription on urinary voiding function,sex hormone levels and prostate volume in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method Seventy-four BPH patients were randomized to treatment and control groups,37 cases each.The control group received treatment with kidney-reinforcing and stasis-resolving prescription and the treatment group,warm needling moxibustion at point Sanyinjiao(SP6)in addition.In the two groups,urinary voiding function,sex hormone levels and prostate volume were examined before and after treatment and adverse reactions were observed after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 91.9%in the treatment group and 70.3%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/posttreatment differences in urinary voiding function item indicators(Qmax、Qave and PVR),sex hormone(T,E2 and E2/T)levels and prostate volume in the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in urinary voiding function item indicators,sex hormone levels and prostate volume between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Point Sanyinjiao(SP6)warm needling moxibustion plus kidney-reinforcing and stasisresolving prescription can significantly enhance the clinical therapeutic effect on BPH,improve urinary voiding function,restore sex hormone balance and help to reduce prostate volume.
