摘要
在简要介绍了港口竞争力评价相关研究动态的基础上,分析了我国绿色低碳港口内涵特征及其发展现状,构建出一个适合我国港口经济效益与环境影响协调分析的多维竞争力评价指标体系。并选择我国五大港口进行研究,利用AHP法确定所建立的15个评价指标权重,从定量及定性两个角度运用TOPSIS法对五大港口生态效益与经济效益协调发展程度进行比较评价,并提出相应的建议为港口的绿色发展提供依据。
On the basis of a brief introduction of the relevant research dynamics of port competitiveness evaluation, this paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and development status of green low- carbon ports in China, and constructs a multi- dimensional competitiveness evaluation index system suitable for the analysis of the coordination of economic benefits and environmental impacts of the Chinese ports. In addition, with five major ports in China as the objects, it uses the AHP method to determine the weight of the 15 evaluation indexes established, applies the TOPSIS method to compare and evaluate the level of coordination of the ecological effect and economic benefits of the ports from both the quantitative and qualitative perspectives, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to provide basis for the green development of the ports.
