Study on Inventory Control in Car Making Industry

以A企业S分公司为例,基于企业精益化管理思想,在梳理库存控制各个关键点的基础上,提出了整车制造业库存控制策略的逻辑模型,并在此基础上采取账实一致性、盘点准确率及因库存导致停线次数等指标进行了分析,研究表明,基于精益化管理思想而提出的库存控制的逻辑模型可以有效提高整车制造业库存控制水平,为企业发展提供有力支撑。该模型可以为其他制造业库存控制策略提供借鉴和参考。

With branch company S of enterprise A as example, based on the theory of lean enterprise management, and after going over the key points of inventory control, this paper put forward the logic model of the inventory control strategy for the car making industry. On this basis, it analyzed the indexes such as bookkeeping consistency, stock- taking accuracy and number of line stops due to inventory reasons, etc., and found that the logic model based on the lean management theory could effectively improve the inventory control level in the car making industry and provide strong support for the development of the automobile manufacturers.
