铀矿岩心β-γ自动编录系统设计与研制

摘要 为实现岩心放射性数据的快速准确扫描测量,设计了一种岩心β-γ自动编录系统。该系统主要由机械传动部分和数字化探测器组成。机械传动部分由直线滑台作为支撑平台,以外部脉冲信号调整伺服电机转子转动角度,实现对目标单元的运动控制;数字化探测器利用大面积闪烁体及高精度信号甄别技术研制。系统采用双探头模式分别对β、γ射线进行测量,依赖于伺服电机的精确定位功能,实现搭载到机械传动系统上双探测器位置的精确覆盖,从而准确获得岩心被测点β、γ信息。系统性能测试试验结果表明机械传动系统启停迅速平稳且具有较高的运动控制精度,探测器性能指标满足JJG(军工)41-2014辐射编录仪检定规程的要求,测量结果稳定可靠。 To achieve accurate and fast measuring of core radioactivity data,a automatic β-γ core scanning and measuring system was designed. The system mainly consisted of the mechanical movement part and digital detectors. The mechanical movement part adopted a linear sliding table as a supporting platform and adjusted the rotation angle of the rotor of the servo motor in the way of sending pulse signal to realize the motion control on the target unit. Digital detectors were developed using large-area scintillator and high-precision signal discrimination technology. Depending on the accurate positioning function of the servo motor,the system,which used dual detectors mode to measure β and γ rays respectively,could achieve the accurate displacement repetition of the dual detectors mounted on the mechanical movement system,thereby accurately obtaining the β and γ information of the core measured points. The test results of the system performance showed that the mechanical movement system can start and stop quickly and steadily,and has a high accuracy of motion control. The detector performance meet the design requirements of JJG 41-2014 Verification Regulation for Instruments of Radiation Documentation and the measurement results are stable and reliable.
