摘要
随着补贴退出,依托新能源汽车绿色牌照,实施差异化交通管理政策将成为新能源汽车产业未来发展过程中的重要支持手段,也是稳定新能源汽车市场的关键措施。在后补贴时代,我国也有必要加快研究制定非补贴支持政策,从需求侧营造良好的使用环境,鼓励消费者选择购买新能源汽车,促进新能源汽车的持续推广。本文通过系统梳理典型新能源汽车交通特权支持政策,对交通政策进行系统研究和分析,提出我国新能源汽车交通支持措施建议,保障新能源汽车市场持续稳定发展。
With the withdrawal of subsidies and relying on green licenses of new energy vehicles, traffic differentiation policy will become an important non-subsidy support means for industrial development and a key measure to stabilize the new energy vehicle market. In the post-subsidy era, it is also necessary for China to speed up the research and formulation of non-subsidy support policies, create a good use environment from the demand side, encourage consumers to choose to buy new energy vehicles, and promote the sustainable promotion of new energy vehicles. This paper systematically combs the traffic privilege support policies of typical new energy vehicles, analyses the key policies, and puts forward suggestions on the traffic support measures of new energy vehicles in China to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the new energy vehicle market.
