慢性子宫内膜炎不孕症患者子宫内膜中CD38、CD138的表达情况分析

Analysis of CD38 and CD138 expression in endometrium of infertility patients with chronic endometritis

目的:探讨慢性子宫内膜炎不孕症患者子宫内膜中CD38、CD138的表达情况。方法:纳入2016年2月~2018年3月我院行子宫内膜活检的120例不孕症患者进行研究,依据苏木精伊红染色检查结果分为慢性子宫内膜炎阳性组39例、可疑组37例、阴性组44例。比较3组患者CD38、CD138表达情况。结果:阳性组患者CD38阳性、CD138阳性及CD38阳性或CD138阳性表达率均高于可疑组和阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);可疑组患者CD38阳性、CD138阳性及CD38阳性或CD138阳性表达率均高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性子宫内膜炎阳性与可疑组治疗干预后12个月内阳性组受孕率高于可疑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间CD38阳性、CD138阳性及CD38阳性或CD138阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子宫内膜中CD38、CD138表达可作为诊断慢性子宫内膜炎不孕症的可靠依据,为临床治疗提供指导。

Objective: To investigate the expression of CD38 and CD138 in endometrium of infertility patients with chronic endometritis. Methods: 120 patients with infertility who underwent endometrial biopsy in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. According to the results of hematoxylin eosin staining,they were divided into 39 cases of chronic endometritis positive group,37 cases of suspicious group and 44 cases of negative group. The expression of CD38 and CD138 in three groups were compared. Results: The positive rates of CD38,CD138 and CD38 or CD138 in positive group were higher than those in suspicious group and negative group ( P <0.05),and the positive rates of CD38,CD138 and CD38 or CD138 in suspicious group were higher than those in negative group ( P <0.05). The pregnancy rate of the positive group was higher than that of the suspicious group within 12 months after intervention,with significant difference ( P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of CD38,CD138,CD38 or CD138 between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusions: The expression of CD38 and CD138 in endometrium can be used as a reliable basis for the diagnosis of infertility caused by chronic endometritis and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
