不同化疗周期胃癌患者恐惧疾病进展及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the progression of fear disease and its influencing factors in gastric cancer patients with different cycles of chemotherapy

目的:探讨胃癌化疗患者恐惧疾病进展的现状,分析不同化疗周期对胃癌患者恐惧疾病进展的影响。方法:选取2017年3月~2018年3月在江西省某肿瘤专科医院住院的110例胃癌化疗患者。采用一般资料调查表和癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表(汉化版)进行调查分析。结果:110例胃癌化疗患者FoP-Q-SF总分为(35.81±4.239)分。多因素分析,年龄、职业、化疗周期是FoP-Q-SF的影响因素,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同化疗周期是胃癌患者恐惧疾病进展的重要影响因素,提示医护人员要评估胃癌患者在不同化疗周期间的心理状况,采取针对性的措施,提高患者的生命质量。

Objective: To explore the status quo of fear progression in gastric cancer patients,to analyze the influence of different chemotherapy cycles on gastric cancer patients patients with fear progression in gastric cancer patients. Methods: 110 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to a cancer specialist hospital in jiangxi province from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.The general data questionnaire and the cancer patients fear disease progression simplification scale (Chinese version) were used for survey analysis. Results: The total score of fop-q-sf in 110 patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy was (35.81±4.239). Multivariate analysis showed that age,occupation and chemotherapy cycle were the influencing factors of fop-q-sf,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusions: Different chemotherapy cycles are important factors influencing the progression of the disease in patients with gastric cancer,suggesting that medical staff should assess the psychological status of patients with gastric cancer during different chemotherapy weeks and adopt targeted measures to improve the quality of life of patients.
