“卓越医生”视域下医学人文素养培育融入超声诊断学CBL教学的探索与实践 被引量:4

Exploration and practice of the cultivation of medical humanistic accomplishment integrated with the CBL teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics in the perspective of "Excellent Doctor"

摘要 目的:探索“卓越医生”视域下医学人文素养培育融入超声诊断学CBL教学的应用效果。方法:选取蚌埠医学院2013级医学影像学专业学生作为研究对象,随机将其中120名学生分为2组,对照组(60名)采用传统教学方法,实验组(60名)采用将医学人文素养培育融入超声诊断学的CBL教学法。观察对比两组学生的综合考核成绩、人文关怀品质测评、人文关怀能力测评及批判性思维能力测评。结果:实验组学生的理论考核与实验技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生的人文关怀品质调查问卷总分及各维度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生的人文关怀能力评价量表总分及各维度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生的批判性思维能力测量表总分及各维度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“卓越医师”视域下将医学人文素养培育融入超声诊断学CBL教学,有效实现了科学精神与人文精神的有机融合,是全面提升医学影像学专业学生医学人文素养与综合素质的有效途径。 Objective: To explore the teaching effects of the cultivation of medical humanistic accomplishment integrated with the Case-based Learning(CBL) teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics in the perspective of "Excellent Doctor". Methods: 120 students major in medical imaging technology were randomly divided into the experimental group (60 students) and control group (60 students). The experimental group and control group were taught using the cultivation of medical humanistic accomplishment integrated with the CBL teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics and lecture based learning,respectively. The comprehensive test,the Humane Care Quality Scale,the Caring Ability Inventory (CAI) and the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI-CV) were conducted to evaluate the teaching effects. Results: The examination scores of theory test and experiment skill test in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). The total score of Humane Care Quality Scale and score of each dimension were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). The total score of CAI and score of each dimension were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). The total score of CTDI-CV and score of each dimension were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusions: The application of the cultivation of medical humanistic accomplishment integrated with the CBL teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics in the perspective of "Excellent Doctor" could realize the organic integration of the scientific spirit and the humanistic spirit,effectively. It is an effective way to improve the medical humanistic accomplishment and comprehensive quality of the students major in medical imaging.
