84例口腔鳞状细胞癌病的临床病理

摘要 目的探究口腔鳞状细胞癌与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、分化程度以及淋巴结转移等特征之间的关系。方法查阅并收集经术后病理学明确诊断为口腔鳞状细胞癌共计84 例患者病历资料,分别详细记录每位患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况,并分析与其之间的关系;对术后组织标本行HE 染色,明确其病理特征。结果男性患者明显多于女性患者(70.2% vs 29.8%)p<0.05;男性患者在50~60 岁多发(45.8%)p<0.05,而女性患者则集中于60~70 岁(36%)p<0.05;肿瘤依次好发于舌(42.9%)、口底(17.8%)、牙龈(15.4%)、颊部(11.9%)及唇部(7.1%);肿瘤以高分化(57.1%)和中分化(32.1%)为主;淋巴结转移率21.4%,与肿瘤分化程度无明显相关性。结论男性发病率高于女性,并且男性发病年龄早于女性;肿瘤以舌和口底为高发部位;主要为高分化和中分化且肿瘤淋巴结转移情况与其分化程度无明显相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between OSCC and pathological features such as gender, age, tumor location, degree of differentiation, and lymph node metastasis. Methods The medical records of 84 patients with OSCC diagnosed by postoperative pathology were reviewed and collected. The gender, age, tumor site, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis of each patient were recorded in details and their relationship analyzed;HE staining of postoperative tissue specimens was used to confirm its pathological features. Results Male patients were significantly more than female patients (70.2% vs 29.8%)P<0.05;the age bracket in male patients was from 50 to 60 years old (45.8%)P<0.05, while in female patients was from 60 to 70 years old (36%)P<0.05;Tumors frequent sites were the tongue (42.9%), the mouth (17.8%), gums (15.4%), cheeks (11.9%), and lips (7.1%);The tumors were mainly highly differentiated (57.1%) and moderately differentiated (32.1%);the lymph node metastasis rate was 21.4%, and there was no significant correlation with tumor differentiation. Conclusion The incidence rate of males is higher than that of females, and the age of onset in males is earlier than that of females;the high-risk tumors sites are the tongue and the mouth;tumors show high-differentiation and moderate differentiation, and lymph node metastasis has no obvious correlation with the degree of differentiation.
