外周血miR相关指标在矽肺患者中的检测价值

Investigation on the Detection Value of Peripheral Blood miR Related Indexes in the Patients with Silicosis

目的探究外周血miR 相关指标在矽肺患者中的检测价值。方法选取2015 年2 月至2018 年6 月期间的98 例矽肺患者为观察组,同期的98 名体检健康者为对照组。检测与比较两组的外周血miR 相关指标(miR-222、miR-155、miR-29a 及miR-204),比较观察组中不同分期分级患者的检测结果,同时采用Spearman等级相关性分析处理上述外周血指标与矽肺的关系。结果观察组的外周血miR-222 及miR-29a 高于对照组,miR-155 及miR-204 低于对照组,且观察组中不同分期分级患者的检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman 等级相关性分析显示,外周血miR-222 及miR-29a 与矽肺病情呈正相关,miR-155 及miR-204与矽肺病情呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论外周血miR 相关指标在矽肺患者中的检测价值较高,对于矽肺的严重程度有一定反应作用。

Objective To investigate the detection value of peripheral blood miR related indexes in the patients with silicosis. Methods 98 patients with silicosis from February 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group,98 healthy people with physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the peripheral blood miR related indexes(miR-222,miR-155,miR-29a and miR-204) of two groups were detected and compared,then the detection results of observation group with different stages and classifications were compared,and the correlations between those peripheral blood indexes and silicosis were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results The peripheral blood miR-222 and miR-29a of observation group were higher than those of control group,the miR-155and miR-204 were lower than those of control group,and the detection results of observation group with different stages and classifications were compared,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the peripheral blood miR-222 and miR-29a were positively correlated with silicosis,but miR-155 and miR-204 were negatively correlated with silicosis(P<0.05). Conclusion The detection value of peripheral blood miR related indexes in the patients with silicosis are higher,and it has certain reaction role for the severity of silicosis.
