护理信息共享联合家庭延续护理对脑胶质瘤患者运动功能、语言功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effects of Nursing Information Sharing Combined with Family Continuation Nursing on Motor Function,Language Function and Daily Living Ability of Patients with Glioma

目的探究护理信息共享联合家庭延续护理在脑胶质瘤中的应用。方法采用随机数字表法对哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的80 例脑胶质瘤患者进行分组,每组共40 例,对照组仅给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+护理信息共享联合家庭延续护理,对比2 组运动功能、日常生活能力、语言功能、远期生活质量评分。结果2 组护理后与护理前相比Fugl-Meye量表评分及Barthel指数较高(P< 0.05),语言功能均有所改善(P< 0.05),角色功能、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分及总分较高(P< 0.05),观察组护理后与对照组护理后相比上述指标改善更加显著,组间差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论将护理信息共享联合家庭延续护理应用于脑胶质瘤患者中能够促进改善患者的运动以及语言功能,促进恢复日常生活能力,帮助改善远期生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of nursing information sharing combined with family continuation nursing in glioma. Methods 80 patients with glioma admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. There were 40 patients in each group. The control group received only routine nursing. The observation group was given routine nursing with nursing information sharing and family continuing care. The scores of motor function, daily living ability, language function, and long-term quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the Fugl-Meye scale and Barthel index were higher (P< 0.05), and the language function was improved (P<0.05). Role function, physical function, mental function, society functional scores and total scores were higher (P<0.05). The improvement of the above indicators was more significant in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The differences between the groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Applying nursing information sharing and family continuation care to glioma patients can improve the movement and language function of patients, promote the ability to restore daily life, and help improve the quality of life in the long term.
