燃机叶片U带肋冷却通道的结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 内部对流冷却是燃气轮机叶片冷却的重要组成部分之一。基于代理模型和遗传算法,以带肋U形通道肋片角度,肋片方向和肋片距离作为变量对带肋通道中的肋片角度,朝向和相对位置进行优化,以改善整个通道的换热和流动性能。相比于对照通道,第2直通道换热功率最高提高了18.5%,摩擦因子最大降低幅度为28.6%。 Internal convection cooling is one of the important parts of gas turbine blade cooling.Based on agent model and genetic algorithm,the angle of the rib,the direction of the rib and the distance of ribs are used as variables in this paper to optimize the angle,orientation and the relative position of the rib in the ribbed U-shaped channel to improve the heat transfer and the flow performance of the entire channel.The heat flux of the second straight channel increased by up to 18.5%and the maximum reduction of the friction factor is 28.6%compared with the control channel.
