摘要
建立了某型号CO2活塞压缩机活塞的几何模型,针对裙部进行结构改善,应用ANSYS软件,得到了活塞在热力耦合作用下的变形分析。研究表明:活塞的热力耦合对活塞变形有重要影响,同时活塞变形呈非轴对称分布,变形后裙部外形轮廓形状发生较大变化[8]。由于活塞裙部形状对活塞润滑特性有重要影响,因此,结果将为活塞的设计改进提供参考。
In this paper,the geometric model of the piston of a CO2 piston compressor was established and used software ANSYS,the deformation analysis of piston under thermodynamic coupling is obtained.The results show that the thermodynamic coupling of the piston has an important effect on the deformation of the piston,at the same time,the piston changes into an asymmetric distribution,the outline shape of the skirt changes greatly after deformation.The shape of piston skirt has important influence on piston lubrication.Therefore,the results of this paper will provide reference for the design improvement of piston.
