围绕天然气压缩机组的工艺系统设计,介绍安全阀整定压力的设定、安全阀形式的选择、动背压和静背压的考虑、安全阀工况的选择,并利用化工工艺模拟软件Aspen HYSYS对安全阀进行选型计算。

Focusing on the process system design of natural gas compressor unit,this paper introduced the setting of safety valve setting pressure,the type selection of safety valve,the consideration of dynamic and static back pressure,and the selection of safety valve working conditions.Aspen HYSYS was used to calculate the safety valve type selection.
