摘要
螺杆膨胀机由于其优越的变工况适应性和高效性,广泛应用于余热、余压回收领域。围绕一台高温水蒸汽螺杆压缩机管系异常振动进行研究,采用CAESARII软件建立了膨胀机关系振动分析模型,以进排气管道脉动分析模型获得的气流脉动结果作为激发力,在满足管口应力和热应力要求的前提下,实现对进排气管系的支撑结构进行优化。现场改造结果表明:优化后的支撑结构有效地减小管道振动,振动位移降低至改造前的31%,保证螺杆膨胀机的安全平稳运行。
Screw expander is widely used to generate electricity and pressure in application of recycling the heat due to its superior adaptability and high efficiency of working condition.This paper presents an investigation of abnormal vibration of a high-temperature steam screw expander and its pipelines.A commercial software CAESARII is adopted to build the finite element model,which allows to analyze the distribution of thermal stress and the characteristics of vibration.The results of analyzing the pressure pulsation of the discharge pipelines are taken as the exciting force.The structure of the supports on the pipelines was optimized on the basis of reducing the thermal stress.The results of the reconstruction show that the optimized supporting structure effectively reduces the pipelline vibation and the magnitude of the vibration displacement is only 31%of earlier value,which has ensured the safely and stably operation of screw expander.
