运动鞋制版取跷技术的研究与分析

Research and Analysis of Warping Technology about Sports Shoes Pattern Making in Practical Teaching

以图文结合的形式研究分析了运动鞋制版过程中自然跷、工艺跷及转换跷的形成原因及取跷方法。通过实践总结出C型、D型、T型、W型、Y型前套的不同取跷方法,不同造型后套取跷方法及不同造型翻口里取跷方法。同时总结出不同跷度的处理方法及适用情况,并指出所有跷度处理方法的核心是:总面积相当与接帮线长度不变,为系统学习研究运动鞋制版提供依据。

The forming reason and warping of natural warp,technical warp and switched warp in sports shoes pattern making were researched by hieroglyph combination.Through practical teaching,the warping methods of toe cap,heel cap and retroflex lining about type C,type D,type T,type W and type Y were summarized.The processes and applications of different warps were also concluded,what's more,the kernel of warping was that the total area was equivalent and the length of upper connected thread was constant,and it could provide evidence for systematic studying of sports shoes pattern making.
