北京高端金融人才发展环境满意度及其影响因素分析——基于北京市490位高端金融人才的调查数据

Beijing’s Development Environment Satisfaction and Its Influencing Factors——Based on the Survey of 490 High-end Financial Talents in Beijing

通过分析2017年北京市金融行业490位高端金融人才的横截面调查数据,测算北京市高端金融人才对北京发展环境的满意度,并对满意度影响因素进行解读。结果显示,北京市高端金融人才对北京发展环境的满意度为中等水平(3.2281分,满分5分),发展环境中最为满意的是经济发展环境,最不满意的是生态文明发展环境,影响发展环境满意度的最主要因素是工作收入水平因素和经济影响力相关因素。

The satisfaction of Beijing s high-end financial talents in Beijing's development environment is measured based on the analysis of the cross-sectional survey data of 490 of them in 2017,and the factors affecting satisfaction are interpreted.Results show that Beijing's high-end financial talents have a medium level of satisfaction with Beijing s development environment(3.2281 points,out of 5 points).The most satisfactory development environment is the economic development environment.The most dissatisfied factor is the ecological civilization development environment.The most important factors affecting the satisfaction of the development environment are those related to the level of work income and to economic influence..
