快递小哥是伴随着网购的兴起和繁荣产生的新兴职业群体。快递小哥的个体化生存实践表现为“社会流动”和“个体流动”的两种流动呈现,也面临个体化“身体之困”“身份之困”和“心理之困”三重困局。我们既要充分认识和肯定快递小哥获得的成就,也要看到社会转型带给快递小哥群体在成就上的限度所在。面对快递小哥遭遇的个体化后果,可以通过多方协同,改善其从业环境、维护其合法权益,给予快递小哥多一些理解与尊重,提升他们的职业认同感和生活获得感。

The courier is a new professional group with individualized life course and career path in China's individualized process.Their individualized living practices show the double-linked direction of“living for other”and“living for oneself”,the mixed experience of“liberating politics”and“living politics”,and the two flows of“social flow”and“individual flow”.Couriers are also confronted with the triple dilemmas of individualization:“body trapped”,“identity trapped”and“mind trapped”.People should not only fully recognize and affirm the individualized achievements made by the courier in the wave of individualization,but also dialectically see the limits of the individualized achievements brought to them by current social transformation in China.In the face of the individualized consequences encountered by the courier,we can improve their working environment,protect their legal rights and interests,and give them some understanding and respect,to enhance their professional identity and sense of life.
