来宾市水牛Y性别控制冻精推广报告

摘要 为了推动来宾市水牛肉产业开发、水牛良种化进程,提高来宾市水牛产业效益,助农增收,来宾市小范围内进行了水牛Y性控牛冷冻精液的应用推广实验。实验结果表明,水牛Y性别控制冻精与常规冻精配种受胎率分别为51.67%和56.61%,差异极显著(p<0.01);Y性控冻精的公犊准确率为87.82%,与常规冻精(一般为50%)有极显著差异,在流产率上无明显差异。本次实验结果表明:该技术应用前景广阔,但在当前生产技术水平条件下,可在核心群育种上小范围应用,若要大规模推广,还需要在提高质量和降低成本上加大研究力度。
