长江经济带旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调及响应关系

Coupling coordination and response relationship between tourism industry and regional economy in the Yangtze river economic belt

运用修正的耦合协调度模型对2000—2016年长江经济带旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调度进行定量测度,并引入响应度模型分析长江经济带旅游产业对区域经济的拉动效应。研究发现:(1)共同时序下各省份的旅游产业综合发展水平差异显著,不同时序下各省份的旅游产业综合发展水平整体呈上升趋势;共同时序下各省份的区域经济综合发展水平呈现出明显的东、中、西部梯度分布的发展趋势,不同时序下各省份的区域经济综合发展水平整体呈缓慢上升的发展趋势。(2)长江经济带的耦合协调度不断趋同发展,最终达到长江经济带的整体协调,但区域间的协同发展速度差异显著。(3)长江经济带区域经济对旅游产业的响应度指数整体呈现为正相关。据此,提出强化城市群的建设以增强城市辐射能力,建立旅游合作机制以推进区域协调发展等对策,以利于推进旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调发展,进一步缩小旅游产业与区域经济的区域差异。

This paper measures quantitatively the coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and regional economy in the Yangtze river economic belt from 2000 to 2016 by using the revised coupling coordination model, and introduces the responsiveness model to analyze the pulling effect of tourism industry on regional economy in the Yangtze river economic belt. The study finds that:(1)the comprehensive development level of tourism industry in each province has significant difference under the common time series, the overall development level of tourism industry in each province has an overall upward trend under the different time series;the comprehensive economic development level of each province shows a clear trend of gradient distribution in the east, the middle and the west under the common time series, while under different time series, the comprehensive economic development level presents a slow upward trend of each province.(2)The degree of coupling coordination of the Yangtze river economic belt keeps convergence and development, and eventually achieves the overall coordination, but the speed of coordinated development among regions is significantly different.(3)The responsiveness index of the regional economy to the tourism industry is generally positively correlated. Accordingly, some countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening the construction of urban agglomerations to enhance the radiation capacity of cities, establishing tourism cooperation mechanism to promote the coordinated development of economy, so as to promote the coordinated development of the tourism industry and the regional economy, and further narrow the regional differences between the tourism industry and the regional economy.
