摘要
目的探讨胸部CT定量测定胸腔积液的技术及临床应用价值。方法 260例胸腔积液患者,常规CT胸腔扫描,将有胸腔积液患者图像导入PhilipsEBW4.05工作站,利用Tissue Segmentation功能,在Volume模式下,将胸腔积液染色填充,直至所有积液完全填充。TissueManagement窗进行进一步处理,最后用不同颜色显示胸腔积液,算出体积。结果利用Tissue Segmentation功能,我们可以精准计算胸腔积液的量,对于各种原因引起的胸腔积液、各种类型的胸腔积液(不受包裹性积液的限制)可以准确计算。结论精确测量胸腔积液量可以使得临床大夫更好的确定诊疗方案以及预后评估,避免或减少医疗不良事件的发生,既解决了临床工作中的麻烦,同时可以让患者早日减除病患带来的痛苦及经济损失。
Objective To investigate the technique and clinical value of chest CT in the quantitative determination of pleural effusion.Methods 260 patients with pleural effusion were examined by conventional thoracic cavity CT scanning.The images of patients with pleural effusion were imported into PhilipsEBW4.05 workstation.Tissue Segmentation function was used to fill the pleural effusion in Volume mode until all the effusion was completely filled.Tissue Management window was further processed,pleural effusion was showed with different colors,and finally the volume was calculated.Results Using the Tissue Segmentation function,we could accurately calculate the amount of pleural effusion with a variety of causes of pleural effusion (not limited to encapsulated fluid).Conclusion Accurate measurement of pleural effusion with CT could make the clinical doctor to better determine the treatment plan and prognosis assessment,to avoid or reduce the occurrence of medical malpractice.It could also solve the clinical work of the trouble,andreduce the pain and economic loss for patients.
