薄层螺旋CT及X线平片对急性肠梗阻中的诊断效能对比

Comparison of Diagnostic Efficacy between Thin-slice Spiral CT and X-ray Plain Film in Acute Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨薄层螺旋CT及X线平片对急性肠梗阻中的诊断效能。方法选取2015年3月至2018年4月我院收治的急性肠梗阻患者60例,患者均进行了薄层螺旋CT平扫及X线平片检查,收集60例急性肠梗阻患者的临床及影像学资料,总结急性肠梗阻患者影像学图像,计算并对比薄层CT平扫与X线平片对急性肠梗阻诊断的正确率及诊断部位符合率。结果薄层CT平扫检查对急性肠梗阻诊断(100.00%)高于X线平片(90.56%),薄层CT平扫检查对梗阻部位诊断符合率(96.66%)亦高于X线平片(83.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薄层螺旋CT及X线平片检查均可有效显示急性肠梗阻的图像特征,其中薄层螺旋CT对急性肠梗阻的诊断效能优于X线平片。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy between thin-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film in acute intestinal obstruction. Methods 60 patients with acute intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to April 2018 were selected. All patients underwent thin-slice spiral CT plain scan and X-ray plain film examination. The clinical and imaging data of 60 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were collected. The imaging of patients with acute intestinal obstruction were summarized. The diagnostic accuracy and coincidence rate of diagnostic location for acute intestinal obstruction were calculated and compared between thin-slice CT plain scan and X-ray plain film. Results The diagnostic accuracy of thin-slice CT plain scan(100.00%) for acute intestinal obstruction was significantly higher than that of X-ray plain film(90.56%), and the diagnostic coincidence rate of thin-layer CT scan for obstruction site(96.66%) was also higher than that of X-ray plain film.(83.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Thin-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film can effectively display the image features of acute intestinal obstruction. The diagnostic efficacy of thinslice spiral CT is better than that of X-ray plain film for acute intestinal obstruction.
