完善驻村干部制度助推乡村振兴

To Improve the System of Village Officials to Promote Rural Revitalization

驻村干部制度是新中国乡村治理的一大传统,在不同时期均发挥了重要作用。实施乡村振兴战略背景下,驻村干部在联结政府与农民、整合政府、市场和社会三者力量、调动农民积极性等方面仍具有重要作用。为此,必须从思想认识、运行机制、政治激励等方面完善驻村干部制度,助推乡村振兴战略实施。

The cadre system in villages is a great tradition of new China’s rural governance.It played an important role in different periods of the new'China.In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it still play an important role in connecting the government with the peasants,integrating government,market and social forces,mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers.Therefore,we must improve the system of village cadres in terms of ideological understanding,operational mechanism and political incentive in order to promote rural revitalization strategy implementation.
