摘要
地方本科高校面向地方经济社会发展培养应用型人才,就要依托足够的“双师双能”教师,要求“学院派”教师丰富实践经历、强化动手能力,要求“企业派”教师补充专业知识和教学知识、提升课程教学和实践指导能力。这就需要在良好的机制下多措并举,根据各人的实际情况,设计一些灵活多样的有效路径。
Local universities' duty is to cultivate applied technical & skilled talents for local economic and social development,which rely on sufficient dual-ability teachers,requiring academic teachers to enrich practice experience and strengthen hands-on abilities and enterprise engineers to replenish professional & teaching knowledge to improve course teaching and practice guiding ability.To achieve this,many effective approaches should be taken according to each person's actual situation under a sound mechanism.
