摘要
电动汽车包含多种多样的复杂构件且装载有高压电源,具有高电压、大电流的回路,这给电动汽车的教学增加了一定的困难与危险性.本文通过对电动汽车高压互锁系统的分析,探究如何运用一体化教学方法解决以往教学难点,提升教学效果,使学生更好地理解高压互锁系统的工作原理与故障控制方法.
Electric vehicles(EV) are composed of a variety of complex components and are loaded with high-voltage power supply, so the high voltage and strong current circuit which add a certain degree of difficulty and danger to the teaching of EV. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the hazardous voltage interlock(HVIL) system of EV, this study explores how to solve these difficulties and improve teaching effect by applying integrated teaching, so that students can better understand the working principle and fault control method of the HVIL system.
