摘要
以成都地铁车辆为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立车轮踏面紧急制动时的真实尺寸模型,热分析车轮在连续2次紧急制动时的踏面温度,再将踏面温度作为热载荷,计算分析车轮踏面的结构热应力。重点分析在不同闸瓦宽度条件下,车轮踏面的温度以及对应结构热应力的变化情况;分析不同硬度的闸瓦在连续2次紧急制动时踏面温度与热应力的变化情况。
Taking Chengdu metro vehicle as a case study, the full-scale model of wheel tread emergency braking is established by using fi nite element software ANSYS. The tread temperature of the wheel during two consecutive emergency braking is analyzed by thermal analysis, and then the tread temperature is taken as thermal load to calculate and analyze the structural thermal stress of the wheel tread. The change of wheel tread temperature and corresponding thermal stress under different brake shoe widths is analyzed, and the change of tread temperature and thermal stress under different brake shoe hardness during two consecutive emergency brakes is analyzed.
