摘要
当前采用蒸汽压缩制冷技术的液冷服主要用于装备,由于存在尺寸大、重量重等问题,无法满足其他用户需求。通过设计一款以水为载冷剂、采用蒸汽压缩制冷技术的液冷服系统,其制冷单元重量为2. 7 kg,尺寸为184 mm×200 mm×93 mm。由液冷服传热模型分析确定额定制冷量为180 W(环境温度43℃时)。经性能试验得出,环境温度为43、50℃时的制冷量分别为185、80 W;环境温度为43℃,出液温度23、28℃时制冷量分别为220、256 W;压缩机转速为5 400、6 300 r/min时制冷量分别为100、163 W;系统准备时间为3. 5 min;连续运行120 h未出现漏水、不制冷等现象;测定噪声为59. 5 d B(A)。该产品具有尺寸小、重量轻、运行温度范围宽、冷量输出可调节、准备时间短、运行可靠等特点,能达到为人体降温的目的。
At present,liquid cooling garment technology of vapour compression refrigeration is mainly equiped in military.While directly applied to other fields,there are problems such as large size and weight,which can not meet the needs of users.By designing a liquid cooling garment with water as a carrier and vapour compression refrigeration,the refrigeration unit weighed2. 7 kg and its size was 184 mm × 200 mm × 93 mm. According to the heat transfer model analysis of liquid cooling,the cooling capacity was determined to be 180 W(ambient temperature 43 ℃). Through the relevant performance test,the cooling capacities at ambient temperature 43 ℃,50 ℃ are 185 W and 80 W respectively. At the ambient temperature of 43 ℃,the cooling capacities at 23 ℃,28 ℃ are 220 W and 256 W respectively. The cooling capacity are 100 W and 163 W at 5 400,6 300 r/min respectively. System preparation time is 3. 5 min. There is no leakage or cooling failure in continuous operation of 120 h. The measured noise is 59. 5 d B(A). The liquid cooling garment has the characteristics of small size and weight,wide operating temperature range,adjustable cold output,short preparation time,reliable operation,and can achieve the purpose of cooling the human body.
